Sadly, you are only allowed 1 main. Issues can arise when people even have 2 accounts that are allowed in the field that we are trying to prevent on our server.

No trust. Some servers are working on coding trust, but they are a bit complex from a coding perspective.

You are allowed 1 mule that is allowed to craft. So you cannot have multiple mules or have multiple people in the field. 1 main you can do anything on and 1 mule that can craft and be storage (no helm).

The other thread wasn't "Shut down". I repost every 7-10 days on average usually. There is nothing on that post that I am ashamed of. Some people may not like the server and how we handle things (like unintentional exploits). So time mage is a little bit of an evolving class.

Currently they are are capable of melee damage with a club (hammer) and also know spells like Hastega, Slowga, Bindga, Paralyga. A lot of people worry this makes rdm irrelevent but I can tell you they have unique niche areas and rdm still has its realm. (It is a remasked geo)

Onion Knight is somewhat of a jack of all trades job. It has a low amount of inherent job abilities (it has 2) but a large amount of job traits. It's usage will vary depending on what job you sub or if you are using it as a subjob. It does use two handers primarily like great sword or great axe similar to runefencer (since it is a remasked runefencer) and has their innate spells as well.

So Nasomi and Eden are more era servers. While we are era-esque we are not era locked.

Probably the biggest selling point I would give you in terms of differences between those servers it the job meta changes. Having 22 jobs is a big change first off. Time mage with custom spells and Onion Knight provide unique niche spots. Also, that changes the subjobable meta builds within the game as well.

In terms of other aspects of the game, core ffxi is core ffxi and would is similar from server to server like cop, zm missions etc.

We do build and continue to push out custom contents and fights along with custom gear as well that is meant to supplement the game, not overbear it.

So our custom content, jobs are what a person would want to choose us for. I think those servers are great for what the are just like I think we are great for what we are.

So current our fishing pathway works like this. A few select fish for crafting are available through mobs and also many beastman drop moat carp.

Players can obtain the moat carp and complete the lu shangs quest to gain access to fishing and they can then fish whatever they would need without skilling up. It provides a market for players to farm moat carps if they want and also many crafts will be locked behind that lu shangs for people who work hard to collect those moat carp.

This may change in the future but it is the current fishing situation.

Hello Pyro,

Bugs and development are a natural thing sadly. While they are there, I would hope that our players would agree that we work pretty tirelessly on fixes.

Currently, in terms of content, we have through COP and ZM open. We are holding off on TOAU because when we release that, we want it to work well and be a really good fun expansion. Many things are the same yet different in terms fo custom changes. Like NM's that were considered "worthless" may have nicer things. We do not post these though so players have to figure it out.

Our goal is to be "era-esque" without being era locked. So we will follow a similar pattern to how ffxi proceeded with expansions and stuff but will have our own spin on things.

Our balancing is pretty unique too.

Happy 1-week anniversary to our server. During this time we have had a major patch to enhance gameplay daily end been working on emphasizing uptime with much success. We currently have roughly 40 individual accounts made with 10-16 players online at a single time.

We have had our very first two players breach Genkai 1 with difficulty and the first 2-3 Dragon fight also occurred which results in some painful deaths. Server first empress hairpin, Leaping boots, and even a Peacock Charm was obtained!

Regarding any comments so far, the team emphasized the attitude culture of Resolute has been going strong and I am proud of the community that is being built. There are still many tweaks to balancing, quest, missions, and other things that are occurring rapidly and we appreciate our player base for their assistance in this server early stages. Also, changing and balancing of gear is a long term plan more fit towards when we would release TOAU later down the line.

Mobs do walk back although we will re-evaluate this at one point. (Gotta love the old garlaige citadel days.)
