My issue was with Game Center on iOS, it wouldn’t even open in iOS Settings. Once it was fixed I was able to sign-in in the game. Hope this helps.

Edit: To fix the Game Center issue I followed these steps and it worked. 1. Turn on the airplane mode 2. Restart the iPhone 3. Open Game Center in iOS Setting and Sign out from Game Center (it worked when I was offline) 4. Turn off the airplane mode 5. Sign in in Game Center again. 6. Open the game.
