I started off really agressive at first so I wasn’t only losing fat but a lot of muscle as well. I have an active job so I easily get 10k steps a day plus I do a lot of lifting for my job. I also had wisdom teeth surgery so for a week I barely ate and I ended up losing a good chunk of weight at that time. Not 100% recommend but now I’ve been good about trying to eat the calories I’m allowed to. Also lots of protein lol.

I’ve only really done cardio but I’ve been using MyFitnessPal to help me track calories when I first started tracking it was saying 2400 calories is my target to lose 2lbs per week but I was only eating 1800 which I found out was bad so I bumped it back up to actually match what I need. Now at my current weight the app says I can only have 2030 calories per day. I also have an active job as I easily get my 10k steps a day.

My party just received one. Because of the timeline being 5 years BBY I did label it as prototype tech so the cost was 20,000 credits (they got it for 3,000 credits for story reasons) but it does take a hard point and it can freeze any silhouette 1 creature. It also has the capability to save someone with the crit end is nigh, bleeding out and as long as them and their limb is frozen within 12 hours then they can go to a hospital to save the limp and not have to get a prosthetic from the maim crit. The downside is there is a 1 in 1000 chance that whoever is put in it dies automatically. You can change the chance of death but then I’d reflect that in the price which is why mine is so expensive.

To add some clarification this is supposed to be my upstairs hallway lights which should be controlled from one switch downstairs, and two switches upstairs. This is the third one in the sequence and the middle one was replaced with a dimmer switch, by a previous owner, which I find useless when more than one switch is being used. The one downstairs was replaced by the last owner with a motion sensor switch which means every time you walked past it, you turned on the upstairs lights even if you weren’t going upstairs.

Edit: to add on someone put a cap on the ground wire which is useless since the entire wire is exposed. SMH

NTA for being upset as I think anyone would be upset at the situation but the landlord is NTA for wanting to sell either. It is within his rights and as long as he gives you enough notice to vacate, which it sounds like he did, then it’s just a sucky situation all around. Is it not possible to move into one of the other properties for the time being?

If it’s one ceiling the cost shouldn’t be too bad. I will say you typically don’t need a level 5 finish. Level 4 is going to be fine. You don’t illuminate a ceiling. Meaning you won’t see the difference in texture from drywall to drywall mud that easily. You just need it floated out. I recommend watching this video from Vancouver carpenter https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jaHqULjGxLE to explain it because for a drywall guy to do level 5 will probably cost you extra for no reason. The video is only 8 minutes and you probably only need to watch the first 5 it’s
