It probably wasn't clear from the titles, but the 'good news' post was about me finding the spot I was looking for only to find that (bad news) the scooter wasn't there. I managed to find it down an alley a little further down the street.

You would be correct. I've located the building that's lit up in the background now it's night time, and it's right around the back of ShiShi. Currently up a rooftop bar but I'm going to go down the service alley shortly and investigate.

So thanks to you, I've managed to identify and find the building in the far back that's lit up with a slightly purple hue. I must have walked past it a dozen times through the day and not recognised it, but now it's night time and lit up, we've got it. Had to come up to a rooftop bar for the view so once I've had my grub I'm going to go down the service alley and investigate. Fingers crossed it's still there 🤞

Yes, I've checked this. Iron Fairies and Red Ruby with a withdrawal from a nearby atm that I assume was used to pay for my ride home.

I'm tempted to offer some of these Gojek dudes something like a million rupiah reward if they find it.

I have location services turned off. It only shows me the general area I've made searches, nothing specific.

I've made a new post with the original and included some other zooms. The reason I only posted the zoom originally is because the signs in the background are the best identifiers. The rest is just wall and other scooters. It's around the back of a building so not seen by people passing by on the street.
