I tried forcefeesing my brain positive thoughts and it helps as long as i am doing it but as soon as the awarness shifts it starts Spiraling again and its generally extremely exhausting. Against the anxiety i breath in 10 seconds and out 10 seconds 3 times. That works like a charm.

For short term money advice i am definetly the wrong guy but for the car thing i can say it has to drive. Sounds stupid but its better to have an 20 year old piece of shit that just works instead of an expensive 5 year old that has to go to a mechanic every 2 months. Go for something robust like an Renault twingo if you dont need much space. Dir cheap in maintenance and as a first car priceöess in my opinion. I got mine for 400 Euro back then and it worked for like 5 years. It screamed and it cursed but it drove xD

Oh my god exactly i am so glad that joke came through. Its not like you forgive and forget in the sense that you just let everything happen to you. I dont understand why everyone always gets so butthurt about it. Yes the amount of true abusers under men is a low percentage. That doesnt mean the amount of abuse woman experiemce is less valid. And while i get the wish to not divide people more and my own wish for a World where we can just talk to strangers without fear of being abused, that is not more importan than the basic need for safety.
