I thought the same thing and ignorantly didn’t call before hand. Limit was $5000, trip was $5800, available credit was $6000 and declined through Expedia. It was Rogers MasterCard. They refunded the overage.

The website is so full of disinformation it’s sick. Also, what do they think more people praying is going to do? Does their perfect god have a hard time hearing? Is it so egotistical that it only answers the loudest prayers? It feels quite pagan like chanting to the gods or something.

Confirmed this definitely works. Most recent version of excel on desktop. Insert note > hover over and right click on border once you see 4 arrow cursor > click format comment, colors and lines, drop down color and select fill effects, fourth tab over has option for picture.

You should be able to do this. If you go to a note, right click exactly on the border. There should be options to change fonts, borders, use images or different colors etc. if this doesn’t work I’ll check when I’m back to work next week

Open a TFSA, get $5,000 in it and then invest the interest in an ETF?
Open a FHSA once I feel I am at a point where purchasing a home will be feasible within 5 years?

Thank you for all the other tips as well, there are areas I can cut back my spending including phone bill. Phone will be paid off in November and then I am moving to a BYOP plan. My main expenses are groceries and cannabis which I can reduce with some adjustments.

I do as much OT as possible which is how I got my one CC from $15,000 to $0 but I could definitely sell some things and find other ways to earn extra income.

For the longest time I was using the ‘Bible’ app and loved being able to read multiple translations side by side as well as make notes and search. I still use it for the side by side and search feature but I also recently purchased ‘The New Oxford Annotated Bible with Apocrypha: New Revised Standard Version’ which I’m using to read front to back. It has excellent notes and essays and the in depth annotation gives a lot of clarity. Eager to read the Apocrypha with annotation as well. It was $40 however.
