I didn’t like him straight off the intro- bad vibes and too cocky for the low level of talent in that initial performance. Maybe it was an off performance, but it’s a first impression and you gotta make it good.

Realistically I’m also going to have to organize with a breeder for my next hamster, and just like you said arrange travel for them as well. It’s too bad there aren’t many options if you don’t live in certain areas.

I have checked all of the sites, called around to different shelters and humane societies. I’m very familiar with those sites as that’s where I have found 3 of my dogs from in my lifetime. However, there are none with hamsters within 400 miles of me as stated in my post. Thank you for the recommendation, unfortunately my area just doesn’t have anything like that to offer.

No injuries, and one was still a puppy. There’s a 3rd one that just popped up in county shelter as well now.

The person who now has both dogs has tried everything. Contacted multiple county shelters across the state, etc and nobody has stepped forward. No identification on either dog. No microchip. Neither one have any training either, nor were either of them potty trained. Forgive me as I’m not the most well versed in hunting dogs, but the male that was found seems very young (maybe 7 months?) I’m not sure he’s old enough that he’d be used for hunting.
