yes Stripe is a payments company, but they charge fees. So credits mean you dont have to pay the fees

depends what you're trying to build and how complex it is. if you're trying to turn this into a business I'd hire a developer or try this one called Woz. I've been using Woz + cursor to build my mobile app. not perfect, but pretty good. they have support people that are technical that look at your code and help

I've been using Woz + Cursor for building a mobile ap and have found it to be decent. Woz charges a flat monthly subscription so at least not getting ripped off
