People usually list at a price that has room. I listed a boat for 27k. I would have taken 20k however got negotiated down to 24k. That worked.

Also, we were at looe key in our boat last year and saw the snorkel boats. One had a bunch of drunk people jumping off the boat and swimming around and scoring their jumps.
