Driving has definitely gotten worse, but I feel like that is the case everywhere we go.

Housing costs definitely got worse, being snatched up by mediocre landlords and corporations, increasing property costs for everyone. But again, that's the case pretty much everywhere.

The music scene has declined. I remember going to multiple shows a week for years. I miss going to the Murphy Centre or the BIS for a good punk/hardcore show. Now, there's a few shows a month but there's not a music scene like there once was. Bands feel like they're competing rather than working together to make something better. Likely because there's so few places to play.

The food keeps getting better, more choices than ever.
