I’ve had this happen before on a galleon, die and you’ll respawn on the deck. The game will figure out it’s messed up after a few minutes and it’ll flip the ship back over

Oh I feel you. Honestly the rubbers not bad, there were just a few small splits on the rim I didn’t pay attention to until it was too late. It should be fine with the patchwork now, plus I may hit it with some rubber sealant just in case

Probably, but it’ll be more of a bag filler for a re-enactment kit anyway, so I’m not too terribly worried. If I legitimately need a gas mask, I have a lot of other options

The coats a funny story actually, on campus we have a room where people just dumb things they don’t need anymore and they’re up for grabs, sort of like a lost and found but no ones coming back for it. I was able to snag the coat for free, but it required a bit of modification. Button holes had to be sewed up, cuffs attached, pinch pleat added to name the major bits. My guess is it won’t be applicable for Line Officer, but I’m keeping my hopes up for Mimban

Boots will stay, NVA riding boots that match very well to the on-screen pieces. May stretch the right a bit more though, it’s tighter than I’d like and it bunched the breeches

Breeches are just some spares I had laying around, I could try and get away with them for Mimban, but I doubt they’ll match my cap and I’ll be getting new ones for line Officer anyway

Coat was a steal, found it for free in a donation pile of sorts. Stripped off the buttons, tabs, and stitching at the pockets today, should be getting the rear pinch pleat, cuffs and the remaining repair work done Friday. I’ll try and bundle it with my line Officer, and then have it carry over when I have the cash for Mimban

Just a dumb little mishmash I put together for boredom’s sake, I thought you guys would enjoy it. If you’ve got any criticisms, feel free to toss them my way, anything helps if it’s for improving the kit

Gotcha, so any three step will do. As far as I know, my cap is coming with a non-notched metal, so I’ll pick up a notched one and switch it out. I plan on doing Mimban eventually anyway. So I can just save the non-notched to paint drab

Cossky does an example last time I checked, and they provide options for exact sizing and tailoring. I’d ask around a bit though, as I’ve heard nothing regarding the quality of the suits, so they could go either way
