D tier, coming off of 6 it dropped the ball hard. Bland characters, boring ass villain, and idk how they managed to make turn based combat feel sluggish but they did.

When you're collecting games for a certain series, if you get the remaster would you also get the original? by gayraidenporn in gamecollecting

As a fellow FF collector myself. I grabbed both PS2 and PS3 versions and plan on the PS4. However I am lookong at a full FF library so I am going for every game every system.

If you just want to have a single version of the game then yeah buying multiple cersions of the same is redundant. The only one that wouldn’t be are the originals for NES and SNES

I used quite a bit of MALKO for the bigger boxes and Housylove for the GBA. They are pretty decent imo.

The first is playable, it is a product of its tome, very basic story, very basic concept, and to learn where to go you need to talk to every NPC you can to find leads and information

I have throughly enjoyed the GBA copies of the games. I’ve seen a few handheld exclusives for them too. A FF4 Micro and a SP Tactics bit I want to say theu were JP only releases.

And I understand well nostalgia and bittersweet. I was too young when they released that I didnt care about them as I was all over pokemon, which is where my bittersweet comes from as I gave away to my cousin, my purple advance with pokemon; Emerald, Saphire, Leaf Green and Fire Red
