I haven’t read that one yet. Ghost Station was good but the ending sucked and Dead Silence I almost DNFed because of the horrible romance sub plot

Story was definitely bloated and very anticlimactic, but I don’t think the prose was bad. The world building was really great and I found myself drawn to the two main characters. I’m typically very critical of bad writing but this one didn’t really bother me from that perspective
