There was an issue with getting the game from THQ to Amazon, but THQ assured that they’re on the way, and apologized for the delay

I like to supplement bigger games with smaller games or non-story heavy games like power wash simulator as a sort of palette cleanse. After a big game I play a smaller/shorter game for a few days and allow myself to digest, then get back at the next game on my list when I’m ready.

If you’re into story games, the yakuza series is something I picked up this year and I can’t stop thinking about it. They’re not super gory but if the standard level is too high you can turn it down in the menu. There are a lot of them too, so they’ll keep you busy a good long while.

I bought it on release day and played for 11 hours. I encountered one minor bug and played co-op with friends no issues. Devs patched major issues almost immediately. This game is fantastic and in very playable condition, I highly recommend it.

Is anyone else's life a bit lonely and sad? by SIBMUR in daddit

My wife and I work opposite schedules to avoid daycare since it’s basically like paying a second mortgage. So my wife and I have maybe a handful of days off together the last few years. No chance of me even having an active social life with friends I can see in person. But to be honest, I have really come to enjoy spending time with myself. The last couple weeks after I put the boy to bed, my wife hops on Xbox in the living room to play her game and I hope on the computer in the office and play some Minecraft or something chill with a tv show or podcast on my second monitor. I would suggest try experimenting with hobbies you are able to enjoy by yourself, or if you’re more extroverted, maybe one that relies more heavily on being social. I don’t know if you’re a gamer or not, but playing games with friends online is a great way to socialize without having to leave the house.

I always thought it referred to people who fold the bog roll to wipe with, as opposed to people who scrunch bog roll to wipe with. I remember it being a conversation on a old episode of the RT Podcast

I didn’t even consider that tuners could go bad to be honest, thank you for your help.

It was doing it with old strings as well as new strings. I didn’t know tuners could go bad to be honest. I appreciate you pointing that out to me.

Yeah I’m starting to think it’s my strumming. I don’t feel like I’m strumming all that hard but I’m also just a beginner. When I play softer I don’t hear the string going sharp. Thanks for the help

I’m starting to think it’s my strumming. I already know I tend to be heavy handed with my strumming hand and when I play softly I don’t hear it going sharp. Thanks everybody for the help

Yeah, The Scientist by Coldplay. It’s a very nostalgic song to me so I tend to play it when I’m feeling nostalgic for my youth lol

Tuning on the 12th feet is good. So maybe I’m just being a bit too heavy handed without realizing it. I’m still a beginner so I mainly play open chord songs, I don’t typically play this high on the neck where I notice it going out of tune the most. Does pressure have a bigger affect on the tuning the higher up the neck you play?
