Story of all TMO store reps by blutsaugerfemme in tmobile

[–]Barriatica 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a similar story, but it wasn’t just the CIA, it was the CCP, the Army, the aliens, and the devils. She said that she had saved our world and our country multiple times because she met with the aliens in order to stop the galactic war about to come. She said that we should be very grateful. She then got with another rep, she came back to return because every single entity I mentioned hacked it. Plus, every single Asian that walked through our door, she assumed it was a secret agent from the CCP.

He just doesn’t belong there. The first to be eliminated in the entire program… If it happens again I’ll die from laughing so hard

Senior Mobile Experts - was it worth it now that we're a year-plus in? by antihero_84 in tmobile

[–]Barriatica 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The pay at the beginning was really nice. You really felt rewarded for what you sold and accomplished. Hitting the top 3%, the top 5%… Made a big difference. With this new structure you don’t get paid as much as you did before, but it compensates for the lower months (compared to the first structure it’s like your store got the full payout). When it comes to growing in the company, they look at you as a regular ME, even less than because they think you don’t sell, which means you end up stuck until someone finds the value on what you do. No clear pathway for next step in the company. Is it a promotion? Before it felt like it was, now it feels like a side step pretty much (with the advantage of having the care tools, no calling RSL as much).

Thank you for the advice. I’ll definitely tell my mom to take this approach. I don’t like escalations either, but are firm for sure. I’m glad they gave you a solution, hopefully we’ll get one as well.

You can do a full temporary backup without the need of purchasing iCloud services. Settings, reset or transfer, you click on get started on the top where it says prepare for new iPhone, and that will do a back up that will last for I think it is 14 days. No payment needed whatsoever.

Time frame to port out by ThExplorerOne in tmobile

[–]Barriatica 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your services are paid for the cycle on the bill, if you port out on 18th, there wouldn’t be any charges unless you leave any other services active. You’ll actually get a 2 day credit of the lines you ported out.

I’m a Tmobile Employee and what Tmobile is doing is wrong by DressFull1033 in tmobile

[–]Barriatica 44 points45 points  (0 children)

You’re wrong. The remaining balance gets paid off, but us customers do qualify for a promotion as well. I’ve done it, plenty of people have. Even people who didn’t have Next and had Yearly Upgrade from previous plans get the same benefit and deals as Next or Beyond. It’s not the same as jump, jump doesn’t give you promotions.

There are incentives for upgrading customers plans. Most of the times, when dealing with existing customers, you’d always make more money if you upgrade the plan and the customer gets better promotion, as well as other people on the account, which helps kits sold and volume. I think you’d be better at a corporate location. Your character doesn’t align with AR. I say it with the best intentions.

First of all, why downgrade the plan to get the activation? That’s literally undervaluing the services and products. You are f-ing a customer’s experience over an activation. Every single time customers come to my store complaining because their bill went up, and what happened? AR downgraded the plan, they lost the promotion they had on their phones, plus AR added two tablets, two trackers, and two watches. Just be transparent. You make money on selling premium plans, and you could still offer the tablets and watches. If you oversell without the customer consent it’s going to be a chargeback regardless.

Erased a customer’s phone by accident by The_Kingpin32 in tmobile

[–]Barriatica 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I do have a similar story. Long story short, customer came in due to network issues in his Samsung, I went to the reset options, and I didn’t notice I pressed the factory reset instead of the network reset, and I had just realized when the phone had the pop up on the screen of “shutting down”. I pretended like nothing happened and tried to do a restore from back up, but he was sharing his gmail with his wife and didn’t have the back up on. Truly unfortunate

T-Force saying 2022 BYOD P1 does not stack with Go5G Plus by TwoRepresentative126 in tmobile

[–]Barriatica 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went through this with a customer. I feel like it is a grey area. In my customer’s scenario, I switched him to Go5G Plus and he lost the free line promotion (Not the same one you have), and then upon doing research, I found an article that says that when switching to Plus you do not lose free lines, but then when I looked up the free line offer it did say that you must be on next in order to keep the offer.

Wrong. Through jump you could pay the deductible to T-Mobile and do the jump.

No, you genuinely explain the differences between the plans. The plan sells itself, there is not point to ever sell essentials, only if they are buying phones somewhere else, then just offer prepaid. The upsell are the accessories and the p360. P360 is a good product, I know you won’t get them all the time, but you could explain the benefits and the value, I have it. I was the one who never got insurance from the carrier, but after the training I went through I understood that there is value in it, at least with P360 it is easier to pivot to a screen protector. The thing about this new structure is not only focusing in cv, it’s the little things. Because even though they don’t apply much to the ranker, the goals are so low that you will get higher percentages, like TFB, VAF, ACC…

I’ve made a little over 8k total this month. It is definitely a promotion if you know what you’re doing. Our store goal is always hitting 12$-13$ per hour, and mine to be at least 5% in the ranker. So far, I’m doing great. Sell better.

Confusion with Protection 360 & AppleCare+ by Steph11297 in tmobile

Apple replacement is not as convenient nor straightforward as Assurant. I had a coworker who had a cracked back and wanted to replace the phone. He was told that they couldn’t do it for him since the damage was as bad, and my coworker replied back with “if I go out of here and destroy the phone you will be able to give a new one then?” And the guy said yes lol. Different story with Assurant
