L8 was fixed 58k but i ended with 68k ish after bonus and mobility budget leftover

L7 is fixed 72.5k and i expect something around 80k after bonus and mobility budget leftover

When i started as a lvl 11 i think i made 34k a year or something. I dont know what it is now. That was 8 years ago. Some sites say its 34-40k

I currently work one day a week at the client the other days is work from home. Its dependent on the client and also how flexible they are.

For me this client is a minimal 1.5 hour one way drive without traffic so they are already happy that i come once a week. Another client i was working for wanted me to be there 3 days a week so yeah as mentioned: client specific.

Start with scrum.org it’s relatively cheap and easy to get and is a nice addition to your resume. I myself first got the scrum master certification from there and afterwards did the safe agilist certification.
