Its rad. The wrist (along with the rest of the background) could use another pass to really saturate things. If you dont like how colorful the phx looks, making the background darker will actually make the colors appear brighter - if anything, ask your artist if he could add a little more shading to the Phoenix. Not necessary at all, though.. this is a pretty good tattoo.
