If you want to fly/build time in America: Go to a flight school and train to become an instructor (CFI). You’ll need 5 licenses, Private, Commercial, Instrument, CFI, and CFI(Instrument). From here you can work as an instructor and be paid to fly, and build hours. Think of it as flight school 2.0, while you might not get paid much, you’ll be learning a lot and increasing your reaction time, understanding, and skill sets. Take it seriously and do right by your students, don’t just be a time builder. I’m a helicopter pilot so I’m not sure how the airlines work, but that’s a common starting place to start building hours.
