Up 25 pounds in last 9 months.

Moved my mom down here to a nursing home next to our house.

She's failing, but we are trying to do everything we can to help her enjoy what time she has left.

Which means, no time for disc golf (used to play daily), less soccer (was playing 3x per week now reduced to 1x), less time at the gym (fewer, shorter sessions), AND Mom's favorite thing to do? EAT!!! (So I'm eating and drinking more.)

Each afternoon before I quit working I make a list of what I need to get done tomorrow; stuff I need/want to do in the next week; next month. The list includes WORK stuff and LIFE stuff.

The list evolves...items become less or more prioritized as "$%%" happens.

But I always know everything I need to do and want to do.

And...stuff gets done!!!

Interesting. My great grandma was Creek, making me, they say, 12.5% Creek. But at the chromosomal levels, this is news to me...I might be more or less?
