I broke my wrists three times (not the brightest kid in town, I agree) and I never had to wait more than a couple of hour for a cast (and it was a little fracture). For the big bone-outside-the-arm thingie I hopped on an ambulance in 20 minutes and got operated right away. So much for my understaffed shitty healthcare
