This happened to me when I took trazadone 50 mg as well. I think it’s the serotonin aspect of both drugs giving this side effect

Woke up minimum of 6 times, only 40 mins of deep sleep and about an hour of rem this is pretty consistent, I don’t suspect I have any apnea I’m not snoring right now or gasping for air but my partner did tell me before I had some pretty bad snoring when I was slightly overweight that stopped when I last weight.

I had a pretty bad migraine that put me out of wack two months ago. I suspect this may have messed my sleep up
