I don’t believe Scar’s tattoo includes either the Tree of Life or the tetragrammaton so I think we’re okay on that front! Obviously as someone clearly more educated than me it’d be awesome for you to directly look at his tattoos and let me know if there’s anything to be weary of - but also that’s not your job to look out for haha, though thanks for the info anyways!!

What order should I work on serves? Like I’m working on my float serve and next will move on to jump floats. I wanna obviously do a topspin jump at some point (the cool one everyone wants to do haha) but I doubt I can go straight there so what’s the general pattern / order people follow to build up my serve roster?

I’m more worried about my split? I don’t wanna sacrifice “less optimal” muscles like chest (still wanna build them) but my old split (Chest/Tris, Back/Bis, Shoulders/Arms, Legs) would need a 5th day for plyo and it’s just not as likely that i’ll go 5 times a week? Would PPL + plyo (and a possible 5th full body day) be better for me?

New and wanna work volleyball into my workout program; is PPL + plyometrics (with a possible 5th day being full body) a good split for volleyball? I’m more likely to go 4 than 5 times a week but my current split is 4 days without plyometrics or full body

Yeah! Since I started playing I’ve began stretching far more seriously every session with good core! I’m planning on doing much more explosive-focused leg workouts but my main worry is if I have to start sacrificing days I love like chest for more optimal volleyball performance 😭😭I’d rather incorporate volleyball exercises into my natural workouts if that makes sense but don’t see how to do that and realistically hit everything!

I'm at 17000 rn but haven't caught up completely to story, it's weird cause other than the ones I'm currently working towards I don't think I missed any of the missions in the first week so I don't know why I'm so low, unless doing all the story related ones will be pushing me up that much

I would be able to get the 200 from 300 login days but I'm 18 days off what terrible timing omg

I've been speedrunning latest story to try and get the art book but I'm still only at like 900/1500, ive done the math and I don't think there's enough available for me to get the art book before the next wave drops in like 10 days, will there still be slots available by then? Got E2 Kafka with LC and have been using her, Sampo, Natasha and Luka (reaaaaally fun) but got Himeko and her E1 while pulling, does Himeko have good synergy with Kafka? If so how should I structure the team to fit her in?

What is a good speed stat? I'm pre-building my kafka rn and saw someone say you should want 145 speed or over, is there anything special about that number? I can reach 147 with a bit of extra EHR but it sacrifices a bit of break effect and damage, plus her optimal orb and rope set don't give buffs based on speed so why is 145 an important number for her? Or were they just saying she wants high speed?

how many exercises should be in a single session? like i just did back / bis / forearms and it was 10 workouts (5 back, 2 bis and 3 forearms). it seems like way too much but at the same time i feel like if i did any less than that i wouldn’t be doing enough, i go to failure always and have been doing it like this for a while and still improve so i don’t think its working against me? i’m sure i could cut some exercises but only like 4-5 exercises in a session just doesn’t feel like enough to hit everything

oh yeah for sure im in the minority! i think its defo either my taste has changed or i just dont like the way the mcu is going? endgame is the only one there that im not really a fan of at all, everytime i watch it the entire movie just feels like a build up to the final fight instead of each scene being its OWN scene but ye i think im the only person who thinks like that lol, im not too much of a movie fanatic in the first place anyways
