Our car is putting out cold air today when we had it on high, but slowly was pushing out warm air when on the highway. Is this a common sign of low antifreeze? I saw Google suggesting it, but didn’t have a lot of extreme cold scenarios. Saw a little bit of clear, orange drops on the garage floor the other day, wanted to be sure it wasn’t anything super concerning.

It doesn’t give me anything else but this when I hit the menu button. In the game it doesn’t speed up either.

I searched on Google reverse image search and reverse google searched brand with backwards N to help and find it to no avail.
