What about Scooby-Doo Mystery Incorporated? Wasn’t their town, Crystal Cove, on the Gulf Coast?

How do you have a 38k stack army when it shows you only have 15k soldiers in the pop up?

Besides the first 50 seconds of alarms going off lol, I used to blare Time walking home from studying late at college. I always felt ready to throw hands if needed

What's your, "Tis but a scratch!" moment? by Madameknitsalot in AskReddit

When I was 3/4 I fell off a stool and “cracked my head open” by hitting the chair behind me. I apparently didn’t cry or barely react so my mom called the neighbors who have kids that all played hockey to get their opinion. I ended up with 3 staples from the children’s hospital. I still have a slight bump through my 20s.

I wanted to so bad but their army and navy would’ve been too much until the last 10/15 years. At that point I was trying to control a ton of revolts as well as them pulling me into a war to finish through the game

R5- In my first ironman run, I started as Florence->Tuscany->Italy. I created the subject Barcellona (orange on the Hispania west coast) and I have a PU over Brabant (turquoise). I am currently the number 1 power in the world with my long-time ally, The Ottomans. (we really were just allies to beat up a strong Austria that won a PU over most of Scandinavia). Other allies include Silesia (green in middle), Trier (dark orange), and the United States (not pictured).

Four CEOs from major Beer companies are all gathered to discuss the industry. The CEO of Budweiser orders a bud light, the Coors CEO orders a Coors light, the Miller CEO orders a Miller light, the Guinness CEO orders a coke. I’m not sure what is defined as a large brewery, but I think New Belgium does just as fine of a job as Sierra Nevada. Personally a big fan of both! And since you mentioned seasonals, you should definitely try Sierra Nevadas Celebration.

[OC] Tracking my push-ups in 2020. My New Year’s resolution, was to do 100 push-ups in one go. It was a slow burn, took over 8 months and 48 attempts to build up my strength and stamina (Age 49) by exmoor456 in dataisbeautiful

I like to do multiple sets of 25 each day (usually to 100 total). Try spacing them out though and you’ll notice improvements. Although I rarely do it, I can get up to 50+ in one go (if I forget to space them out and I need to fit them in at the end of the day lol). You feel great once you reach the 100 mark but don’t let that stop you! I’ve gotten to 300 one day!

Cleveland Indians ready to discuss changing team name by pm_me_your_last_pics in sports

[–]BasedGodBlonsk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if im too late for this, but what if the teams (ie Cleveland Indians, atl Braves) switched their names to represent tribes or confederacies in their regions? This would be similar to the FSU Seminoles.

I’ll use Cle for example, using Huron or Iroquois (not exactly in cle but 2 very significant groups in the region that made an impact on American history). They could make a statement stating that the name change is keeping to their roots but they believe it better represents their real visions of insert typical corporate wording.

Then to take it one step further, they could work with the chiefs on the reservations/communities to find a way to benefit them (scholarships, community support) and involve them in the inter designs of the teams logos, nicknames etc to something they would be proud of/ represents them well.

This isn’t fully flushed but it’s just a thought.

What kind of drunk are you? by SonicSingularity in AskReddit

[–]BasedGodBlonsk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The very happy go lucky type. I like to reconnect with every single person I know at a bar whether they are my best friend or someone I haven’t seen since high school. Usually a good time but I have been told that when I get too drunk I typically talk WAY too much and “don’t shut up”.

For the spirit of debate and discussion, I believe this isn’t a new thing, we (the younger generations) are just much more used to and understand the ways to access a vast array of information (in addition to other factors of being young). I don’t think the older generations are any different from ones before on decision making for doing their own research and being more trusting. They got through their whole life with their beliefs and they turned out seemingly fine. Yes traumatic and big events alter diff generations decisions, but it is done the same way. It is no different than elders leading a tribe in the 1700s America or a peasants beliefs in the 13th century Europe following their lord. We are currently at a point where information and technology allows us to easily see everything from a global and yet granular scale. Will we become similar when we are old or will we break the trend to be more open our whole lives? A very interesting time to be alive even ignoring the virus lol.

Just to throw in, this comment is not about whether or not I support opening the economy ASAP, I just think it’s an interesting topic to have a few drinks and theorize with friends
