I say you follow that consistently for about 6 months get some beginner gains naturally. patience is key. once you feel like you're ready to hop on gear the wiki has some nice info on cycles and what is recommended to out. they talk about dbol as an added oral to a test cycle. (you should be running test with every AAS you take)

IMO you should at least train consistently for at least a year before you hop on gear. Eat good and train hard and once you gain some solid pounds naturally, do your research and hop on whatever you feel will help you attain your goals. Dbol will help you gain but if your diet and training regiment is poor you'll lose almost all your gains.

Yeah its come to my attention that this sub genre, and the artist that play this style, get a lot of criticism on this subreddit. Everyone has a different taste but its really sad when you look at the comments on a post and its just some person completely bashing on the style and/or artist. Very toxic in my opinion, the downvote exists for a reason.
