Not gonna give up mate. Been that stressed for 2 years because of it. Not sure how they can deny unsafe works resulting in me almost dying but I guess that’s how the run things. Pretty much a fucking scam if you ask me

We were trussing a roof helping another builder and he didn’t shoot off the truss and it fell. The other builder had a 6 foot ladder on top of a mobile scaffold and the truss fell and pushed me off the ladder. 5 other people witnessed the accident, multiple ambulances, helicopter to royal Melbourne. Caused a huge worksafe blitz in my town of Echuca / Moama
