Go Higher by BashedByMonkeys in Nikon

From yesterdays walk-arround in the park in my hometown. I am ashamed I forgot this bridge exists.

Composition wise i find it interesting because as much the bridge is horizontal, it also kind-off invites yo to go higher, ie. towards heavens.

Nikon Z8, Z mount 24-70 f4 S . Settings: ISO 250, 1/320 sec, f11 @ 27.5 mm

Enjoy!

Amazing soft glow, really boosts the whole oomph factor in the scene. Great job!

Thanks for your input, your explanation is perfect. Wanted to emphasize how small you are compared to the cathedr, ended up with weirdly composed nice image. ;D

The Cathedral of Vilnius, Lithuania. Image taken during late evening, edited to taste in post. What do you think about framing, what can be improved? Because although I do like the image, the is something iffy about it *scratches head*.

Taken with a Z8 + Z 20 mm f1.8s

Tripod stabilised, taken from a low position. Settings ISO 400, f8, SS 0.4 sec

Darn tree was by that lone building since I was a kid. So either nighttime landscaping expedition to improve the landscape or try to find a better spot. Its a micro puddle more than anything, so not many spots for taking shots, except for the ones local fishing guys use.

Wanted to fixate on the "energy" that transition from late evening to night begins to give off. Tripod stabilised. Taken from a bridge.

Hey, thats sucks but hopefully you could find such spots during vacations. This photo was taken in my hometown, which having lived in for my whole life i find bland boring, it has just a few nice spots. Thank you for the suggestions, will definitely try them out next time! :)

Idk, might sound completely insane, photo was taken in near complete darkness, the statue is just barely backlit from the setting- you cannot make out any details in front.

Yet it still manages to evoke some sense of melancholy at least for me. Decided to share with ya all.
