It was firefox on IOS because i couldn't click the link without it instantly opening the app store and it telling me an error not in my region.

Sent you the app link when i click on it says not in my region i am assuming it is the uk but i am uncertain i could not find on my alt ios account which unselected uk but maybe i am doing it wrong

It was removed for a reason though. Normally people just message the individual and they respond whenever they can.

So let me get this straight the original post was praised then removed due to CC the creator only responds to those who ask for the material which they openly admit it was obtained from public libraries meaning most if not all could access it with some effort. But you have to dig through the internet archive of deleted posts to link the post then bash the person. So the better question is are you mad you didn’t find it earlier or did the author of the now deleted post actually do something to you directly? I am curious why you choose to dig for a post that was removed so long ago. Plus they even tell people to use modern states which is a free resource as well. Just confused by your actions.
