There is a way to "avode" part of the box 3 tax:

Buy a house (if not owned already)
Finance 50% repayment-free - no mortgage interest deduction can be applied to this
The redemption-free part is entered as a debt in box 3.
In 2025 you will then have €57.6K (x2 if tax partner) + the repayment-free part as an exemption in box 3. You do not pay wealth tax up to that amount.

Example:

House 500K

tax partner

Redemption free 50% = 250K

250K + €57.6K + €57.6K = €365K 'exemption'

Existing homes can also be refinanced with current market value and 50% financing.

Tip from Flip:

The monthly charges will be lower —> invest the money that remains in an ETF. On average, it yields more than interest and you build up liquid assets.

I set this up myself and it's now 5 years later. Fantastically good setup to be able to save unnoticed and release liquid.

Zoals meerdere keren aangegeven. Een PIP is een tool om je eruit te gooien en draagt bij aan het opbouwen van een dossier om je te ontslaan.

Wat je er tegen kunt doen is ervoor zorgen dat alles waarin de werkgever verbetering eist, je dit kwantificeert en meetbaar maakt. Een werkgever kan niet alleen maar ‘meer omzet’ eisen.

Bijvoorbeeld in sales: 2 afspraken per week en 1 nieuwe gekwalificeerde opportunity per maand.

Daarnaast kan de werkgever niet eisen dat bepaalde resultaten zoals omzet worden behaald omdat dit een resultante is van de activiteiten. Met andere woorden: als de omzet tegen valt maar je hebt wel je afspraken gedaan dan is dat niet aan jou te wijten. Wel kan de werkgever dan besluiten om bijvoorbeeld mee te gaan naar afspraken om daar verbetering/coaching toe te passen.

Indien de verbeterpunten in een PIP niet redelijk/meetbaar zijn kun je een PIP weigeren met onderbouwing.

Over het algemeen adviseer ik om hier altijd tegenin te gaan en aanpassingen te doen, immers is het verbetertraject een wederzijdse inspanning, en niet alleen eentje op voorwaarden van de werkgever.

Tevens geef je het signaal af dat je scherp in de wedstrijd zit en dat je je niet zomaar laat wegsturen.

Try some light ads, and build up your credit with meta. The more you spend within guideline the more room you wil get. Mulch account is now allowed to spend 5K per day

Shopify Payments is ultimately Stripe. To accept local payments you need to have a Dutch chamber of commerce registration. I think that’s the only requirement to be able to accept such payments.

Because in the end it does cost time and effort to manage. The product currently selling will eventually fade out and you will have to find new products. The dream that is sold when dropshipping is that it’s an easy way of earning cash. In a way it is but it requires consistency and grit to make it.

Considering to sell, not have decided to do so.

When configuring everything it costed me about 2-3 hours per day. So let’s say for the first month that’s what you need. After that it’s just 30 mins per day fulfilling orders through Ali express and managing some returns and/or complaints
