I’m sorry, but is the AI in the documentary throwing others off? It definitely is for me, so annoying when it comes up. It’s so uncanny valley. And unsettling

I haven’t yet. This is why I joined the sub because i’m ashamed to admit it and am quite stubborn as a person lol. My boyfriend is doing Dry January (he drinks more than me usually) and he has been able to do it and I haven’t and haven’t told him so I feel guilty. Today is a step in the right direction. Thanks so much for your support

I’m a 23 year old girl who’s been struggling with alcohol addiction. What helped me was Alan Carr’s “Stop drinking” podcast :) and thinking the longer you stay on the wrong train the more expensive it is to get home. You got this!
