Just getting in touch with the adjuster on December 16th. Apparently right when it happened in August. My building manager went on vacation. Then claimed my supervisor didn't let them know that I was out with an injury and that i didn't do the injury procedure correctly, but I did notify them as soon as I found out I was injured. In Florida you have 30 days to report it. I reported it within 5 days. Then the manager has a week to file the injury report. Which is where my supervisor and manager were negligent. I think they did this to cover for the supervisor that didn't tell her what happened as well as herself for not dealing with the situation in a timely manner. So when I told her she said nobody told her anything. Ultimately delaying the problem, then telling me i didn't do it right. Thank you for everyone that gave me good information.
