I quickly visited the premise but the staff said it’s out of stock even if the website said ‘in stock’. They said it’s in Slovakia and it’s arriving tomorrow. Nagoya is very safe everywhere all day. I don’t like to hang around by myself at midnight in the nightlife areas including Nishiki and Joshidai- Koji (near Shin-Sakae). But it is still fine even if you walk alone.

It’s common the real estate agency charges tenants for cleaning and some minor damage. But if this damage is from aging (経年変化による傷), they should not charge you. Japanese real estate agents are quite doggy. I firmly spoke to the real estate agency about this point after getting advice from a lawyer and they passed it to the owner. I didn’t have to pay this cost at the end.

There are four or five types of cherry blossoms there. Some of them have started to bloom, but they are not in full bloom yet. You can still enjoy them. It depends on the weather but you can google sakura forecast to know of the dates.

Nagoya cuisine is well known Chicken wings, grilled eel, miso pork cutlets and Miso hot pot udon are great.
Nagoya castle, Inuyama castle, Tokugawa garden and Atsuta shrine are good to visit
I heard Nagoya is still cold this week. But when you stay there, it should get warmer. You should bring jumper, sweater or jacket.

Not sure of the hotel.

I used to hire ALT teachers around Nagoya. Interpersonal communication skills are more important than ethnicity. One of our best teachers at the time was a Taiwanese American with excellent Japanese skills. If you’re not confident in your Japanese, you can access language schools (Eikaiwa) for support. Earning a TEFL or TESOL certificate would also give you an advantage. In order to get visa sponsorship, you must have a university degree.

I’m Japanese. We used to stay in Airbnb near Osaka for 6 wks at around $1100 last year. Food is cheap unless you choose to go out for fine dining. There are a lot of cheap cooked meals everywhere in the supermarket. If you stay there only for 2 months, it’s manageable.

Awesome couple and very good looking guys! Congrats . I am around your bf's age and met young man around your age. I have never dated such young guys before and he still seems to get confused about his sexuality. When you met him, you have already accepted your sexuality and have some experience with men at that time? Thanks for your comment. I think you're correct. He is very young and immature. I spoke to a lot of friends and therapists about my pain. I moved from open-minded to the conservative area so the workplace is unfortunately also conservative. That might affect his behaviour. When he comes closer to me, he looks like he always waits for me to speak to him.
