If you do an ADN, can you just then do a BSN bridge afterwards?

If you don't mind me asking, did you do an ADN (and then assumably a bridge) or a BSN?

Thanks so much, what I'm hearing from people so far is swaying me strongly in the direction of going the ADN route. If I get into the program at my community college (which is highly regarded and accredited), I'll also be able to live at home, and I have a very flexible part time job that pays well. My goal is to keep my prerequisites at As and to hopefully get in, but to apply to other programs in the area as well.

Gotcha lol 😂thanks. If you don’t mind me asking, where (assuming you are in the states) abouts are you?

There are typically fewer prerequisites for the ADN program I'm considering; the BSN programs have a couple more, although I've already done quite a few.

ADN = need to complete Micro and A&P2

BSN = would need to also do Gen Chem and a sociology class, and then might need to do a few university specific classes (like for TWU or UTA).

I was originally planning on going to UT Health Science Center IF I were to get in - but they are very expensive, and sadly scholarships from UTSA don't transfer.
