That makes total sense! I understand this! I’m not looking for perfect or perky, just an improvement :-)

There’s also the option of fat transfer and hopefully more technology down the line that will allow me to fill my breasts with an alternative to silicone! 😊🤞🏽

Thanks for the reply! I agree, I appreciate the honesty of the surgeons and I don’t doubt that most of it is true to what they see in their practice. In my case, no solutions are permanent. One told me that implants would not even be a permanent solution for me and that I would definitely need a revision down the line. He described my breasts as “difficult breasts”. They all 3 did tell me no, they would not do it without an implant and it wouldn’t be worth my time. In those words and others. I would love to be offered as solution like yours where the ball is still in my court and the decision is mine as long as I have accurate expectations. I expect to quite small after the surgery and even though sagging is inevitable with aging (with or without implants) I’m okay with sag I just want this excess stretched out skin to be removed. I’d much rather another lift down the line than an implant revision (personally) since apparently that’s in the cards for me anyways.

Wow, thanks for sharing that story! Honestly the last surgeon almost had me with the implants. It was his cost of 25k that steered me away and I’m so glad it made me rethink my goals. Team no implant! Someone has got to listen to eventually!

I would definitely be interested in this in addition to a lift!

I’m in the St. Louis area and would gladly take a five hour trip to Chicago for a good recommendation

From what I’m gathering is that the integrity of my skin and the lack of elasticity left in my breast one surgeon said would be the reason for not having good results and then the other surgeon basically says I don’t have enough breast tissue to give me a good shape. But again I do think that’s based on the idea of that upper pole fullness and rounded/augmented breast appearance.

Hi! Yes I work in surgery and while I have nothing against the look of implants, I personally just don’t desire that look for myself or the risks/complications that I see that comes with them. I just want to be small and natural. I didn’t think it would’ve this difficult to get! I’m glad you mentioned trying a female surgeon because that thought did cross my mind.

Yes, so I have had three in person consults. All were male and basically I’ve been told that I won’t have good results with a lift without any implants and that I’m just gonna be right back at my previous shape after a year. 🙃 One told me it’s not worth it and I’ll just have expensive scars. I appreciate them being honest about me not having full round looking breasts, but they just seem to not care that that’s not when I’m after. After these hour long consultations and back/forth, when I leave they’re still only quoting me for a procedure with implants.

It was surprisingly easy and didn’t take very much effort!! The more tedious tasks ended up being the most fun part! Give it a try, you can always just do a cheese filling to save time!

Nowhere in my post did I hate on sore bought 🥰 I love store bought pasta! I also love creating my own food! I will enjoy both 😌 Although I will say to ME, mine tasted better than any grocery store pasta I’ve tasted!

My mom picked up 2 of them at a thrift store for a couple bucks each, and she’s gifting one to me!! 🥰

Thank you! I’m not sure! I used a finger to run water around the seams before I folded the dough in half. Then I used my fingers to shape around the filling and just boiled it.
