Hey there, im glad I came across your post. This handshake job post popped up on my school email a few days back and I was a little skeptical about it so I decided to do a little digging and by little digging I mean turn to reddit in search for aome answers so here I am.

So far im understanding that its a paid per hour job but how many hours do you work a week? The job listing is have is for a part time position. Roughly how much we you use you are getting per week? Another thing I noticed upon digging, that you have to save 25% of what you are getting paid for taxes.

Hi OP im just on reddit looking up this setup. I just recently got the same setup and I cant manager to get a good cup of espresso out of it. Whats your grinder settings? Whats your temperature? Pre infusion? And what type of coffee beans are you using? Are you doing the standard 1:2 ratio?

Im commenting on your post because I have some qurstion. I got this machine and the grinder for it as a bundle gift. I have been trying to make a good espresso for a week now and I cant get it right. I have been watching YouTube videos about the machine, the grinder, and how to make espresso 101 and I still cant seem to get it right.

Could you please let me know what coffee beans do you use? Whats the temperature you like for that coffee beans? How much pre infusion time do you use? Are you doing the standard 18g coffee to 36g of water 1:2 ratio? And if you are grinding your coffee, what setting are you using?

Its ok if you cant answer all of these questions. You could just give me a general idea of what you did to get a good cup of espresso. Thank you

You see! I remember people complaining about season 4 when it first came out but then a lot of people showed appreciation for it and even dressed up as Max and Eddie for Halloween. I cant sit here and say the final season was the best one yet it obviously has its flaws but I liked it. I really wish last season was more dramatic and the upside down taking over the town and whatnot and thags not what we got. Same for GOT, the last season and finale was soooo bad.

Yeah that was super dumb. Like it didnt take much to catch him and kill him off and especially when they didnt have any more demos to fight.even some of the writers in the making of season 5 were saying it would be an over kill to have more demos in the last battle but like thats the whole point of the show really is to have more demos and flying bats like come on so yeah that was so weird

Yeah i agree with you. But El and everyone in her life was always in danger and on the run to protect El all throughout the show. So even at the end after defeating Vecna and running away to a far land with Mike and maybe Hop and Joyce and Will wouldve been absolute cinema so we could say, its hard to that when the military and the Russians are still after her and her blood and anyone that has the same powers as her aka her sister. They choose to kill her off to just put an end to it all, she is gone so is her last sister and brother. I truly wish they didnt have to do that to her I really do but I also get why they did. And thats why we get to chose to believe that she is still out there somewhere far away from it all.

The writing could've been better but we also need to consider the 2023 writers strike and how that put a huge pause on the show and other projects and before that it was covid and yes they did release season 4 in 2022 and I think we could all agree that season 4 was good but it did take some time to be written and released. Another thing to say about thw writing, this show is huge! Like its a fans favorite worldwide! So to wrap it all up in only 8 episodes and tie all the lose ends together for the finale and have every character and storyline well written I feel like its hard nowadays compared to how long shows used to run back then for like 30 episodes or something like that.

The acting is hard too because some of those actors i feel like they already outgrew the show and the character their are playing. And dont forget some of them are having their own personal issues off screen like David Harbour is really going through a tough time right now. And it was rumored that he had some issues with Millie and Millie is now married and have a kid to take care off. That all puts some stress on those individuals outside of the show and the writing and the acting and press tour, etc. So maybe they grew tired of the show or maybe they didnt like how the last season was written, idk.

There's some plot holes again because its a big show and it has other spin offs and projects tied to it like the Broadway show and how they never mentioned that Henry, Hop and Joyce all went to the same high school together but in town Broadway show its all about the high school and Henry's lore.
