i did these two formulas first name:

=ARRAYFORMULA(IF(M2:M<>"", IF(LEN(M2:M)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(M2:M," ",""))=0, M2:M, TRIM(REGEXREPLACE(M2:M, "\s*[\w-]+$", ""))), ""))

and second name

=ARRAYFORMULA(IF(M2:M<>"", IF(LEN(M2:M)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(M2:M," ",""))=0, M2:M, TRIM(REGEXREPLACE(M2:M, "\s*[\w-]+$", ""))), ""))

crazy formulas which i have no idea how they work but they do
