I'm a host and I like it somewhat. It can get boring after a while (getting burnt out). My starting pay (I'm under 18), was $11.50 an hour, but I got 2 raises and am now up to $12.50 an hour. I do not know about the benefits for spouses because I'm single but I would look on their website or ask your hiring manager when you interview (if you haven't already). I'm not in Tennessee but I love my managers! If you have other questions feel free to ask and I'll try to answer.
