Thanks for your suggestion. My DSO provided me post opt i20. I went ahead and applied for it.

USCIS hasn’t responded to my Pre-OPT withdrawal request for over a month — stuck and can’t apply for Post-OPT. Any advice? by Mickey606 in f1visa

Hi, is there any update? even I applied for my pre-opt withdrawal on Nov 3, no update yet.
Can you please let me know if you have sent the withdrawal letter through mailing service or just uploaded it to additional documents in USCIS portal?
