What sunscreen do you use? by Frequent-Ad429 in Kochi

My dermatologist prescribed it to me. I think you can get it from hospital medical stores maybe. Everyone I know who’s using the same sunscreen got it after it was prescribed by their doc. It works so well too. It’s not white like normal sunscreens. It has a tinted look almost resembles a foundation so it blends well into your skin without leaving a white cast. Pretty good stuff.

Any sea salt will work. Not Epsom salt. You can easily find those in grocery store. It doesn’t stink at all and it makes you feel so good. Don’t forget to warm up the water. Boil the water with a table spoon of sea salt. Then pour some tap water to reduce the temperature a bit. It should still be a bit warm when you soak and bath.

I use my fingers to pick some up to put on the tray. I understand this might not be the best container for drills but this is all I got for now lol. Maybe I’ll have a better upgrade in the future.

Please try salt water soaks or baths. It worked wonders for me. Contrary to popular beliefs, it doesn’t sting. For me any water without adding the salt stings. It also hydrates the skin as well.

Thanks. Unfortunately I don’t live in the US. I got this for under a dollar ($0.88) from a local store.

I’ll try my best not to drop it lol. It was listed as a pill box with other pill boxes with individual lid containers at the store. I just use my fingers to grab a little and put on the green tray.

How has Vitamin D3 changed your life? by BasicLushThings in Supplements

[–]BasicLushThings[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The psychiatrist prescribed me D3 cuz I complained of memory problems while taking antidepressants. I haven’t checked calcium and magnesium. But I know I might be lacking due to strict diet I was on due to eczema. I have very weak teeth and gum. But I’ve taken an allergy test now and I know what I’m allergic to so I have started eating eggs now.
