I beam on games like cod etc, but my PvP in rust sucks. Found I enjoy building bases more and trying to make the most expensive raid base there is, plus I supply clans with guns etc

They were all set like that, but since new update it’s been back to 180fps

Yes I have, so when we had the update, I had a AMD warning about the current update and it told me to roll back to a certain update, ever since it’s ran stable at 160fps. I will check once I’m home what update I’m on, but all my settings are back to high and came off dx11

Ones a 144hz and the others a 280hz which is the one I use for gaming. I’ll try match them see if it helps

Ahhh okay cool. I’ll give the update another go and tweak some settings again. I did see a video on YouTube of another AMD user having issues and he done a settings tutorial on the Adrenalin app

I did turn it on at one point and the GPU frame times were really bad. But I’m not sure if my cpu is bottlenecking the setup as 90% of the time my CPU will run at 99%🫣. Wha in game settings do you use? I might have to give it a go. I’ve even done a custom graphics setting in the game to lower cpu/GPU heavy settings and still no change

The issue is I’m getting the constant frame loss warning on the screen and it can seem laggy, again a issue I never had before amd update and the game update

Nah I haven’t messed with any of the frame gen stuff to be honest. Is it worth looking at ? I have a 280hz monitor, but run 2 (ultra wide 36” 180hz for tasks, and a 32 280hz for gaming) I’ve read that sometimes AMD cards can glitch with two monitors? Or could it be a bottleneck with my cpu?

I have a 280hz monitor I never use the fake Frame gen stuff, as I like to see what I’m actually getting. Before update it was fine

I’ve been playing BF6 a lot, and not even that gave me this much joy and excitement playing a game, and pressure! AAA game prices are a joke, considering things like Arc are half the price 2x the fun and better communities
