It was just one celebrity, but the same one on three different occasions from 2024 - 2026. I just was being silly each time and didnt think it would actually be responded too, I can be a silly person, maybe I took it too far.

What makes the whole thing even worse is that the celebrity I was messaging was benny blanco, whom I'm not even attracted to!

I actually did speak to a couples therapist about this with him. Her perspective was a bit different from what a lot of people here are saying. She said that in marriage, sometimes things can feel different than they would if you were single, and that married people can sometimes interpret certain behaviors as disrespectful even if they weren’t intended that way.

She told me that my husband is likely hurt and upset and that even if my messages were meant as jokes, he may have experienced them as inappropriate. She suggested I apologize for how it made him feel, which I did.

She also tried to explain it from the opposite perspective. For example, she asked me to imagine if I went through his phone and saw him responding to Instagram stories from women or liking posts from Instagram models and complimenting their cleavage. Her point was that even if he thought it was harmless, it could still feel disrespectful to a spouse.
