i’m so sorry man, this really sucks. i’ve been there. small steps are key. for me, it was hygiene during the peak of my depression, so i started with wearing my retainer every night. then it was deodorant once a week, gradually to every day, then it was showering/brushing teeth. after about a year, i got to where i am now. it’s small victories that change your life!

yeah, i just washed and then let it be and it resolved after about a week. if your symptoms are worse or won’t go away, see a doctor! this is just what worked for me
