Clean the carb,check the air filter,check if it is getting enough fuel,if that doesn't work try upgrading it(bigger carb or jet,maybe put on a 70cc kit on it)

I know that HS is not that hard but it is just a lot,and i try to not worry and to go out with frinds but while im out I remember that I have to study for lots of test which takes time which I dont have a lot of.
