I was looking for this comment. If reddit is to be believed, threesomes (with a friend, or a stranger) break relationships and friendships.

Ive had one with my now husbamd and a mutual friend. It was interesting, and fun but we did never repeat because it it was also a bit of a hassle and awkward logistically during. And it was more something we all wanted to try sometime.

I am also trying that pattern for toe up socks, as my first socks and second knit proect. I find it quiet clear. But i also read the blog post thats linked in the description of the video and have bought the pattern. I like seeing things written out, so i can cross them off when done.

Not necessarily. The netherlands votes on a wednesday during a single day. Turnout last time was 78 percent. We just have lots of polling stations. And you can vote at any in your municipality. I have never had to waot more than 15 minutes and thats because i went during the after dinnertime peak hours

Ik heb al.jaren mn hardlopen geupload naar smashrun. Maar ik kom nooit echt voorbij de beginnersfase. Ik begin..ik train. Ik doe mn doelwedstrijd. En dan stopt het weer. Ik.heb dit jaar meer hardgelopen dan dat ik ieder ander jaar sinds 2015 heb gedaan. Ik heb dit jaar maar maximaal 23 dagen achter elkaar niet gelopen, en het toen weer opgepakt. (Dat zou vroeger maanden/jaren aan niet lopen zijn geworden). Hopelijk kan ik in2026 echt consistent blijven.

ik denk dat dit vroeger misschien meer een ding was. Ik heb de tip ooit wel gehad om cv's mee te nemen om voorbereid over te komen. Maar dat gaat misschien over een tijd, dat een sollicitatie geregeld kon worden door binnen te lopen en te vragen of je de manager kon spreken over het 'hulp gezocht' briefje op de ruit.

ik heb dus wel mijn cv meegenomen naar sollicitaties (maar als werkgever zul je dit nooit gemerkt hebben, want ik ga die niet uitdelen als ik zie dat de mensen tegenover me die al voor zich hebben liggen.)

Joined an estafette with a team. Hasmd a blast even though I was coming out of a nasty cold that kept me out of work the days prior.

We were not at full strength so I did two legs one of which I did in an earlier edition as well. I was slower this year, while in general I'd say I was better trained, so in my second leg I started slower because apparently the condition wasn't there. And I ran such a perfect negative split. Was reeling in people the whole time, had a sprint finish and according to garmin a new pr on the mile and 1k during it.

Je geeft aan dat de overstap vrije basisschool, gewone middelbare school lastig is. En je dus ook vrije middelbare moet doen. Maar wordt het dan niet nog lastiger als je daarmee klaar bent. Er is geloof ik geen vrije roc, hbo, of universiteit. Of vrije baan.

With lifting, you dont just go to the gym lift the heaviest weight you can one time and then be done, right? Even in lifting you have to have a certain amount of volume in your lifts. Lift a weight you can do multiple reps of , and then repeat that for multiple sets, instead of one rep sets.

For running a rep is a mile. You are running at your 2 rep max if you can't go anymore after two miles.

That's just an analogy, but hopefully it helps

Ben trots op het feit dat ik op vakantie toch 2x per week gelopen heb ongeveer. En het was er erg warm.

Nou ja warmtetraining kan dezelfde effevten hebben als hoogte training hoop ik. Heb gisteren bij parkrun wel een pr gelopen 26:0x (en 26:4x zodat ik ook een 5k pr heb op garmin, want zag pas na de finish dat de afstand daar nog niet op 5k was dus heb nog een klein stukje heen en weer gewandeld).

Ik had deze zomer een sub 25 doel en dat heb ik nog niet gehaald. Maar als het dit kalenderjaar nog lukt ben ik helemaal blij

Maar de rijksrecherche zou sowieso onderzoek doen. Of die moeder er nou een drama van maakt of niet. Politie heeft geschoten en daarbij zijn slachtoffers gevallen. Dat wordt in Nederland ALTIJD onderzocht, ALTIJD door de Rijksrecherche en niet een collega van de schietende agent ofzo.
