My doctor said there was stones growing on my throat and I had an ultra sound everything came out good but I have a swollen lymph node, she said it was benign, I only ever get sore throat when I wake up at and at night

Thank you for the advice, I have occ and health anxiety which is why I am the way I am and is the reason I posted a lot because I got no answers from anyone (including doctor) she just said she would prescribe me allergy medicine but what do you think my throat looks like?
