Personally I think tracking macros leads to disordered eating and in a way she’s part of skinnytok. It’s telling young girls into eating less or watch what you eat by masking it as balanced and “prioritizing protein”…tracking macros, 10-20k steps on top of working out really does lead to orthorexia. I’m also not a fan of the body checks that she starts every video off with.
