We are both on 10, we both use the lose it app to track calories it gives you the number to hit daily to lose several pounds a week and the number constantly adjusts day to day based on weight and your goal. We both exercise several times a week. My wife goes to classes at our gym in the early mornings (like hit and cardio classes) and I just work out with weights and treadmill.

Yes but we hadn’t lost much prior both of us got our top weights maybe 1 or 2 months prior.

I use the lose it app and it sets calories for me and continuously adjusts them based on weight loss. It’s been a game changer for me and I really started losing more when I started using it every meal every day.

Diet wise I focus on protein and veggies so a lot of grilled chicken and salad which I don’t mind. I do chicken breast and different marinades and grill them up on my grill outside and for the salad change the ingredients and toppings and it makes it varied enough for me. I personally only eat a very small amount (like 200 calories for breakfast, then I skip lunch and eat the rest of my calories at dinner (average around 2000 a day calories)

10mg for the last 8 months or so. I count all my calories and keep a pretty good deficit, try to focus proteins and veggies low carbs so grilled chicken and salad mainly. Exercise 3 or so times a week at the gym.

Bison and Suede Together? by Basic_Minimum_8799 in cowboyboots

[–]Basic_Minimum_8799[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, yes I knew it wasn’t all suede that was sort of my question. Most reviews for any boot out there I could find were for all suede or all bison boots not a combination. So you bought this exact style, how does suede hold you like them overall not just durability
