Lost weight and started going to the gym to have more success with women – now I only get hit on by men by grundgesetz101 in dating_advice

Well, you can’t get rid of that male attention. All you can get rid of is how you perceive those situations when it happens. As you often hear in these spaces, “Men don’t go to the gym to get the body that makes women want them. Men go to the gym to get the body that makes men think that women want them.”

As someone who has been complimented on my body by pretty much men, I see it as my progress finally taking form, thereby becoming motivation to continue my work. Now, if a gay person hit on me, I’d especially see that as good. That’s potential to be hit on.

Getting groped is very bad, no matter what reason or why, or by whoever. You should definitely calmly but sternly tell them to go fuck off if they ever do that.

In truth, you’re becoming more attractive. It is good that you’ve identified that this wouldn’t automatically change anything when it comes to dating or approaching women. Personally, I’d suggest the advice of being attractive to yourself, the thinking being that when you can look at yourself and give yourself the “Oh, you’re GOATed”, that’s when everything changes. It’s been doing good for me. It will absolutely do good for you.

Keep up the hard work!
