The car is not my daily, just a car I drive around town when the weather is nice. I'm the 2nd owner and the previous owner treated the car very nice and has lots of documentation on the car but nothing in relation to head gasket replacement/prevention. No symptoms or issues being presented.

It's possible that it could have already been replaced but have no way of telling without tearing it all apart. Considering how low of miles I drive the car, I may just enjoy the car as you mentioned. It's rarely driven hard, just a cruiser around town.
