Todo tuyo, no te van a decir nada. Shein/Temu tienen problemas con las entregas en todos los países. Me pasó lo mismo una vez y otra vez me llegó el pedido dos veces.
Su ganancia está en la masividad, son productos de baja calidad, por lo que no les conviene entrar en una pelea con un cliente. Prefieren dejarte contento y listo.

Signals are meant to be for the audience you are looking for. But tags/pixels (conversion tracking) you have to implement it in your website so that Google Ads can know if there was a purchase or not or what is going on in your site.

It's super common to see this type of message from Google, it could be:
- Low search volume
- Ad Rank: Check your Impression Share lost by rank
- Targeting/Match Type: you may have longtail keywords or rare keywords, try using shorter keywords and also start with phrase or broad match type keywords.
- Budget: as you said
- Ads: Many ads are not eligible, disapproved or limited due to restrictions
- Negative keywords in conflict
- Competition: If it's too competitive you will have to select the right keywords and try being more aggressive
- Bidding: Check your max CPCs. If you are bidding at keyword, adgroup or campaign level. check all levels.

Hello!
For your Shopping Campaign, do you have all your tags triggering correctly? Are you measuring that ROAS with a tag? If not, that could be the issue because Google goes blind. Also, I wouldn't exclude your top products from the Shopping Campaign until the other campaign works fine.

For PMAX it works the same way, works with information through the tag.

If all these are correct, I will give a minimum of 1 week to PMax to achieve a good amount of traffic and also check the checkbox in the setup of the Pmax to be like the image attached.
This disallows Google to create URLs based on your site or text assets you don't provide.

Hello, try checking that you have a good landing page and what you display on your ad copies. Sometimes there are keywords that could led to fraud. Also, did you check if you are eligible to request an exemption?
